The new update from Anatomage for Invivo marked 5.0.7 fixes rendering issue with ATi graphics cards in the volumetric rendering view. Previously, owners of ATi cards experienced rendering artifacts when the user stops interacting with the volume rendering.
In addition, according to what we’ve heard from Anatomage, the new update brings a good boost to the frame rates which translates to smoother user experience.

I’m a big fan of MARCILAN and also an owner (one of the first) of your iCBCT iPhone application, so its my pleasure. As for myself, I am very involved in 3D imaging as the Director of Clinical Affairs with Anatomage Inc., and I teach as adjunct faculty at the University of the Pacific Orthodontics Department, and at UNLV School of Dental Medicine in the Clinical Sciences department. Yes, the word is out! Invivo5 has been released. If you haven’t got the upgrade yet, maybe it’s time to do so. There are many cool new features in this version: the new cosmetic CBCT, bone surface rendering, surgical guides (beta), TMJ view, an updated version of the video sequencing tool and other improvements across the board.
