Cone Beam CT Planar Sectional Anatomy

Welcome to the planar sectional module. Each line on the three-dimensional (3D) model represents a Cone Beam CT thin slice on the corresponding level.  Hover your cursor on the lines to select the desired level. The levels are preselected for you which represent different important anatomical structures in the maxillofacial region and base of the skull. The slices are labeled on one side and colored on the other side simulating an anatomical atlas.

Instructions:

There are three different projections: axial, coronal, and sagittal. The projections can be selected by clicking on the corresponding buttons. For best visual experience, we suggest you go and click the full screen button which will put you in an immersive environment. To exit from the full screen mode at any time, click on the window button or hit ESC button on your keyboard.
