Hi
When I query dcm4chee I get the studies showed, but when I try to retrieve the pictures to osirix I get this message:
Move failed Refused: OutOfResourcesSubOperation

I don't know if this is osirix problem or connection problems. It started after about 6 month use of them both. New studies are stored in dcm4chee and I can look at pictures through the web interface directly at dcm4chee

VPN is always the best way to connect remotely. But you can have a firewall running and open a port for OsiriX for communication behind the firewall.

Hello Wisam
In an earlier post you said you would give a tutorial on how to access your dcm4che or Osirix database from a remote place (via internet and not intranet). Could you please help with this ans setting up a VPN?

Thanks

If you are talking about the database location in Osirix. Go to OsiriX>Preference>Database. Under File Management, change recommended to other and select the location you want to store the data on your Xserver RAID storage.
