I was thinking the same, however; I heard from a colleague of mine that his friend got a CBCT scan in one of the mobile CBCT and the person taking the scan for him was standing beside the CBCT while the scan was being taken. I'm not sure if the operator is aware of the risks involved but this is certainly a lot of radiation dose if not properly shielded. Maybe this warrant a short post about the risks of radiation exposure. I will email some mobile CBCT companies and check for the measures they are taking to shield the van.
